Description

Blue Lagoon Water SPC LLC is seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive to focus on key customer acquisition and B2B sales. The role involves targeting and developing long-term relationships with high-value clients such as offices, restaurants, hotels, gyms, schools, and other institutions across Abu Dhabi. This position requires a strong communicator who understands customer needs and can position our bottled water solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and onboard key accounts and corporate clients.

  • Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and pitch products to potential customers.

  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and customized packages.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Track sales performance and report weekly progress to management.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and outreach initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in bottled water, FMCG, or service industry.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong networking ability and market knowledge in Abu Dhabi.

  • UAE driving license is mandatory.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.

  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
