Description
Blue Lagoon Water SPC LLC is seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive to focus on key customer acquisition and B2B sales. The role involves targeting and developing long-term relationships with high-value clients such as offices, restaurants, hotels, gyms, schools, and other institutions across Abu Dhabi. This position requires a strong communicator who understands customer needs and can position our bottled water solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and onboard key accounts and corporate clients.

Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and pitch products to potential customers.

Prepare and present commercial proposals and customized packages.

Maintain strong relationships with existing key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Track sales performance and report weekly progress to management.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and outreach initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in bottled water, FMCG, or service industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong networking ability and market knowledge in Abu Dhabi.

UAE driving license is mandatory.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.

Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
