Description
We are seeking a competent and proactive HR Officer to manage and execute various human resources functions. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy compliance, ensuring a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

Assist in onboarding, orientation, and documentation for new employees

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies

Administer employee benefits, leave tracking, and attendance systems

Support performance evaluation and training initiatives

Handle employee relations and provide support on HR matters

Prepare HR reports and documentation as required

Coordinate with PRO and government entities for visa and labor procedures

Participate in HR planning and policy development
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

2+ years of proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role
-
Good knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices

Proficient in MS Office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Discretion and confidentiality in handling employee data

Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems

Bilingual in English and Arabic is a plus

Familiarity with employee engagement tools and training systems
