Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Officer to oversee and support all administrative activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office operations, support internal departments, and contribute to maintaining a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office operations and administrative tasks

  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation

  • Coordinate internal meetings, appointments, and schedules

  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor communication

  • Support HR and finance departments with documentation and reporting

  • Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Liaise with government entities and handle basic PRO tasks if required

  • Monitor office cleanliness, maintenance, and facility coordination

  • Assist in onboarding new staff and maintaining employee records

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations

Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

    • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality


    Preferred Skills (Bonus):

    • Experience working in the UAE

    • Knowledge of document control systems

    • Familiarity with HR or accounting software

    • Basic understanding of UAE labor law and administrative procedures
